- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued as credit to your account, based on mutual discussion and assessment of your requirements. - Refund Turnaround Time: Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days. The credited amount will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account, and processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies.
2. Return Policy
- Once a report has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it cannot be returned. We encourage clients to review the report sample or table of contents available on our website before purchase to ensure it meets their needs.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Single Reports: Cancellations for single reports are only accepted if requested prior to accessing or downloading the report. Once accessed, cancellations cannot be processed.
- Subscription or Bundles: Subscriptions and bundles may be canceled before activation. Once activated, no cancellations or refunds are available.
4. Custom Reports
- For customized research reports, cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order. Since custom reports require extensive resources and tailored research, no refunds or cancellations are provided once the project is underway.
